Charged with having feloniously stolen three jackets, on the 20th November, 1876, at Victoria, the property of one Chung Lain.
Submitted for the Orders of His Excellency the Governor, under the provisions of Section XXI of Ordinance No. 8 of 1858; the Prisoner being unable to give security.
